Q:How Do You Usually Transport Goods?
A: We usually ship samples and small volume goods by express such DHL, UPS, as they can be fast delivered to you side.
Send the big cargo with our cooperated forwarder both air and sea.
We are always on cost and offer different shipping methods for you to choose like FOB, DDU, and DDP.
We consider all of your considers(Time and Money).
Q: Do You Have The Capabilities To Supply Products To Us Net 30 Days?
A: Our capability is about 150k-200k units monthly.
Q: Are You Able To Make Our Label / Tag..Etc Accossories? / Can You Make The Design For Me?
A: Yes, easy. Apparel’s accossories’ MOQ 3000 sets required. Please advise your details design and then we will check cost for your reference.
Q: Can You Provide A Fabric Selection Service?
A: Sure, we are flexible on this, we can provide you easily.
Q: What Is The Turnover Time Of The Bulk?
A: The bulk turn around is 15-35 days, it depends on the quantity and fabric.
Q: Can You Provide Free Samples For Our Quality Reference?
A: Our sample cost is $50 per color, Sample cost can be returned when the bulk quantity over 300units.

A: Sample is taken 5-7 days ex-factory since the day you confirm the fabric.

A: Normally, our payment terms is 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment.

Q: How Do You Ensure The Quality Of Your Products?
A: PP Sample will make and adjusted till filling your demand before bulk order.
We will conduct professional quality control before the bulk shipment. Also, a lot of bulk order photos will be advised before shipment to make sure everything is correct.
Welcome 3rd party factory audit report valid up to 6 months.
